This first phase begins with an initial architectural design meeting where you will meet our designers so we can gather your goals, objectives, and requirements before start laying out for the conceptual plans for your new custom home. On renovation and remodeling projects on your existing we will visit your property so we can incorporate the topography and views before we start our design process.
Once phase one has been completed and you have had time to review the initial conceptual design draft we can then spend time dialing in the details refining and revising the plan. During this phase our interior design team will offer ideas for how to best utilize your layout and together we will design and customize the perfect home that fits you and your family.
Once we have the revisions completed and we are getting ready to start the final design we will begin selecting the finishes for the interior and exterior of the home. These choices begin with the exterior which include brick or stone, asphalt, metal or cedar shake, soffit, facia and gutter choices, windows, & doors. We will also go throughout the interior finishes including flooring, interior wood, tile, plumbing, electrical, lighting, cabinet fixtures, doors, & appliances.
With the Baglio Design Build Team you will have all the freedom select from a wide range of materials and unique finishes that most builders do not offer or have the ability to complete. We have assembled a team of top craftsmen in their fields where if you dream it up – we can build it. We are extremely proud of our interior design team. Together we will make your home as unique as your individual personalities.
At the Baglio Design Build Team “Final Proposal Review Meeting” we will review all building and pricing specifications for your project “start to finish”. ALL of the costs that will be associated with creating your one of a kind Baglio Design Buid team Custom Home will be explained in full detail.
Once you are entirely confident that we have satisfied all of your needs we can then move forward on to the final set of plans that will be used to build your dream home.
